A Warnig to Us

I have read multiple stories about climate change and what the future may hold for the human race. Most of them are bleak, miserable futures, with environments deteriorating in barren wastelands, and society along with it. I quote an example from the short story “Time Capsule Found on the Dead Planet”:

“In the fourth age we created deserts. Our deserts were of several kinds, but they had one thing in common: nothing grew there. Some were made of cement, some were made of various poisons, some of baked earth. We made these deserts from the desire for more money and from despair at the lack of it. Wars, plagues and famines visited us, but we did not stop in our industrious creation of deserts. At last all wells were poisoned, all rivers ran with filth, all seas were dead; there was no land left to grow food.”

This describes a possible future where the land becomes bone-dry deserts, and the seas becoming poisoned and rotten. And yet, despite all these morbid stories, I don’t feel afraid about the future. The human race is a resilient and adaptable species, and will more than likely live on after the worst of the “global wierding.”

Sure, if the ice caps are lost, then sea levels will rise. Coastal cities will be flooded. Florida will be a thing of the past. Temperatures will swing from sweltering hot summers to freezing winters. Some places of the world will become more productive for plant life, while others will become less productive. Some animal species will become extinct. Others will thrive in new environments.

World without Google

Without Google, the Internet most likely did not penetrate so deeply into our lives. Google has completely changed the way you interact with the world. Without it, you’ll have to remember more things, instead of just pulling out your phone and Google – you’ll have the answer right away. I am Google, I am God. A statement that seems too much, but it also partly shows the great shadow of Google in life where technology plays a key role, and everything has been digitized. What happens if Google no longer exists? Without Google, the Internet most likely did not penetrate so deeply into our lives. Maybe, it’s just possible that a dense network of smartphones will not be able to expand their influence today without Google’s utilities. Let’s try to think. Google has completely changed the way you interact with the world. Without it, you’ll have to remember more things, instead of just pulling out your phone and Google – you’ll have the answer right away. If you struggle for 5 minutes, instead of just 5 seconds of Google to find the answer, it is very likely that you will give up right from the thought of it. So what if Google still maintains its operations as a mere search engine – instead of a brand like today? What if another partner in Silicon Valley was quicker, bought the tool and steered it in a completely different direction? No one has an answer – things can get worse, but it’s also possible that you’ll have an even more engaging Internet experience than now.

Practice Principles

Theoretical and practical learning methods are very important. This is the right direction to help me acquire knowledge to the maximum extent. This is a completely new concept to form practical skills for me. From there, it helped me maximize the knowledge learned. In Math, English or

Literature and practical application are extremely necessary. The visual method or open-and-answer teaching is applied regularly. In Mathematics, practice is a problem that needs to be done regularly. I will have the opportunity to practice the exercise and better understand the lesson. Since then, there has been more association and development in the subject. Along with that, English is also focused on practice. This is an important issue for me to be able to absorb the subject comprehensively and be able to communicate. In each subject, the practice has a different role. The range of use of the practice method is extremely wide. Practice helps to form the habit of remembering, analyzing as well and evaluating problems from the most accurate subject. To apply the practice method well and effectively, it is necessary to pay attention to many issues. Practice content needs to be carefully prepared and thoughtful. Clearly defining the goal of basic knowledge and skills is necessary. Pay attention to allocating content through practical activities. Practical activities make a big decision on the student’s academic performance. Therefore, practice is increasingly focused in schools as well as training centers.
